The casting process is quite quick and will cause absolutely no harm to the skin as we use a non-toxic material that is made of seaweed extract. The non-toxic material is mixed with water to create a thick gel like consistency, the hand or foot is then submerged into the wet product which quickly hardens up around it to capture a 3D impression. The rest of the work is then left for me to do so I can make the perfect keepsake for you. 

When working with young children and babies I will work with you in the best way possible to ensure everyone is comfortable during the whole process. It is highly recommended when booking your appointment that you try to choose a time around when your child is most calm (e.g. after feeding time or nap time) to ensure we can capture as much details as possible.
