Please note that the final product can take up to 12 weeks from the day moulds are taken. 

A 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid on the day of casting. The remaining payment can be made when the product is finished and ready for pick up.

Cash or bank transfers accepted only. 

Change of mind on any details after casting day will incur a fee.

Plaque engraving details are your responsibility. Please ensure that all of the information is correct when filling in the form.
If changes need to be made it will incur a $10 fee.

Forever Lasting Memories is no longer responsible for any breakages or damages after the final piece has left the premises or been delivered to the customer.

Mobile service will incur a travel fee (prices vary on location)
